TicketNetwork Review

TicketNetwork was founded in 2002 as an effort to build a software network and ticket buying and selling community that could be large enough to both offer great deals and get access to exclusive events and venues.

Years later, they’ve been ranked by Inc Magazine as one of the fastest growing businesses in the industry, and have been clients and customers alike.

They have become so popular that every day they offer approximately 7,500,000 tickets in their marketplace and its affiliates. That’s an impressive number, and is a sign that they must be doing something right.

They cater to both regular buyers and ticket brokers, and specialize in helping fans get access to sold out events. Looking through their website you will find that they offer tickets to several different types of sports and sporting events, including Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Associate, the National Football League, and even NCAA events, such as the March Madness tournament.

Going further, they also offer tickets to sold out concerts and music festivals in cities all over the United States. Looking through their listings I was able to find tickets to a mix of indie concerts and even those of mega stars that always sell out within minutes on other sites.

If you are a NASCAR fan, or even a UFC lover, then you will be able to find tickets to the most popular events. You can also find season tickets for the major sports, which is nice, especially when so many stadiums and arenas have season ticket waiting lists.

As a seller, you’ll get a great deal selling to TicketNetwork considering they only charge a small fee of 10% of the gross sale. That means if you sell a pair of tickets for $100, then you’ll only pay $10 to TicketNetwork.

This also means that if your tickets don’t sell, you’ll still have time to unload them to a secondary market, or even attend the event yourself. Since you aren’t giving up tickets until they’re sold, you remain in complete control.

Of course, the downside to this is that you might not sell your tickets, and if you do, you have to ship them on your own, but considering the cost, I think that’s a worthwhile risk to take.

On the buying side, you might also be happy to hear that they have tickets to local events, and even shows at major theaters. Essentially, you can find a ticket to almost any event you want to, all at a reasonable price.

Selling tickets from TicketNetwork sure beats trying to sell them at the gate or on local classified sites. You don’t have to worry about scammers or returning phone calls to erratic buyers. Buying on TicketNetwork is just as great, because you’ll not only avoid the scammers that thrive in the secondary ticket markets, but you’ll get tickets straight from the source, rather than a middle man.

If for some reason you do have problems, you’ll be happy to know that they have a customer service phone and email line. It’s a win-win.
