Rihanna – Just 23 and Already Hugely Successful

20 February sees Rihanna’s 23rd birthday, but not only this. The Barbados singer, who gained fantastic success in just a couple of years, has gone through a lot of style metamorphosis since her sun rose in the US music sky. The red-haired pop icon is now an established as well as a sexy pop star.

Rihanna has nothing of the bashful young girl who first arrived in the US some 5 years ago, at least as far as clothes are concerned. It’s been a long long journey for her – the once shockingly gleamy and flamboyant beginner is now a super hot lover of haute-couture. Mind you, she hasn’t dropped her appeal to flamboyancy.

Rumors have it that Rihanna is going to spend part of her birthday with NBA players. This might have something do to with her live performance this evening at the 2011 NBA All-Star game’s halftime show at Staples Center in Los Angeles. Enjoy the party.
