Lady Gaga Tour 2011

Lady Gaga, fresh out of the egg after her special entrance and performance at the Grammy’s, where she also snagged 3 awards alone, is set to begin her North American tour on the 19th of February.

The road trip starts in Atlantic City, NJ and ends with three dates in Mexico later in May, where she’s sure to encounter legions of fans hoping to catch glimpses of Gaga in all of her greatness.

Just prior to the 2011 tour, she’s making appearances on Jay Leno, Billboard Magazine, and Good Morning America as a way to kickstart the campaign.

Though she hasn’t addressed the issue of tour setlists, it’s likely that she’ll be singing tunes from her latest album, The Fame Monster, as well as newer hits, such as the new smash hit “Born This Way.”

In fact, you’re likely to see performances from each and every one of her albums, such as The Fame, which featured early hits like “Just Dance,” “Paparazzi,” and “Poker Face.”

This 2011 Lady Gaga Tour is fresh off the back of a tour in late 2010, where she hit both North American and European venues, selling each concert out one after the other.

Accompanying her for the early dates will be the Scissor Sisters, who were nominated for a GLAAD Award and recently released an album by the name of “Night Work.”

If you’re one of the many that was unable to get tickets for one of her New York shows, take heart, as the shows will be recorded and later televised as part of an HBO special in May.

Having sold over one million downloads of “Born This Way” in just five days, Lady Gaga’s fame continues to rise. Though her career has been highlighted by fancy costumes and crazy stage gimmicks, what her fans know her best for, and why they’re clamoring to get what’s left of any concert tickets, is because of the close relationship she maintains with them.

Her “monsters” not only seek inspiration from her, but provide it in spades in return.

Tickets for her tour are being sold through Ticketmaster, but can also be found on second hand providers like Stubhub for less than $100. That being said, be leery of anyone selling tickets on sites like Craigslist, as scammers have already jumped into the mix, offering tickets that are either fake, or don’t exist at all.
