Bruno Mars – Smooth Grooves With Style

Hawaiian born Bruno Mars is super cool, smooth and a very talented singer/songwriter with a budding solo career. This dynamic, young talent, who seemed to burst on the scene from nowhere last year, can now add Grammy winner to his many accomplishments. At the 2011 Grammy Awards, Mars won Best Record of the Year honors for his collaboration with B.o.B. on the song Nothing on You.

After his stellar live Grammy performance with B.o.B. and Janelle Monae, it’s clear that Mars is definitely making a big splash in the music world and winning over new fans every day. Mars showed off his talents in front of the mike, as well as, his prowess on the drums. That’s right, he plays guitar and the drums. It was by far one of the best performances of the night.

The singer’s first solo album Doo-Wops & Hooligans has already produced two smash hits Just the Way You Are and Grenade. His tour, by the same name started in the U.S. in November of 2010 and is currently wowing audiences in Europe. As the tour winds it’s way through the U.K., several shows are selling out like hotcakes.

The Doo Wops & Hooligans tour will wrap up its European leg in March and head for Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand in April. In May, Bruno and gang head back to North America for the renamed Hooligans in Wonderland tour with stops in New York, NY, Boston, MA, Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX, Montgomery, AL, Kansas City, MO, Vancouver, BC and many more cities.
